Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Found Safe

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police say a missing 12-year-old girl has been found safe.
Janae Davis was reported by missing by her mother, who last saw her late Friday night at their home in the 19800 block of Greenfield Road in Detroit. When the mother woke up in the morning, Davis was no where to be found and the kitchen door was ajar.
Police say the girl had recently reprimanded by her parents for her behavior, and may have run away.
Police later said Janae has been located and "is doing fine." It's unclear where she'd been. No further details were released.
