Detroit Police Investigate Death Of 1-Year-Old Boy
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are investigating a possible case of child abuse after a baby boy was found not breathing at his east side home.
The 1-year-old child was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to police.
Investigators say a relative called 911 on Thursday after finding the child unresponsive at their home on Keating Street near 7 Mile Road and John R Road.
Police Thursday evening were questioning the uncle and a boyfriend of the child's mother — both of whom were home at the time.
No names have been released.
