Delta Air Lines Updates Amenity Kits For Passengers

ROMULUS (CBS Detroit) - Delta Air Lines has updated its amenity kits for premium customers with new a design and features which include striped socks.

The airline has provided Delta One customers with the amenity kits since 2013, and starting this week, these passengers are receiving the updated travel kits.

The new, custom designed hard- and soft-sided TUMI amenity kits include a TUMI soft-touch pen and eyeshades; MALIN+GOETZ lip moisturizer, body lotion and new mouthwash; striped socks, facial tissues, earplugs and a dental kit with Crest toothpaste.

The company states the hard- and soft-side kits will be alternated in direction of travel "so customers are able to collect one each way and keep it for re-use after they get to their destination."

Additionally, passengers traveling in Delta Comfort+ will receive a new sleep kit with the addition of a toothbrush and toothpaste, an eye mask and earplugs on all long-haul international flights.

Passengers in the Main Cabin will continue to receive a sleep kit with an eye mask and earplugs on international flights.
