CIA Tweets Out Gold With Their First Try At Social Media

I can neither confirm or deny that this blog is about the CIA. Oh, I kid. It's all about the CIA and their first tweet.

The CIA broke their Twitter virginity with their very first tweet and boy did they hit a home run. The description of the CIA on Twitter reads:

We are the Nation's first line of defense. We accomplish what others cannot accomplish and go where others cannot go.

That is nothing special -- but it's how they decided to word their first tweet that made it gold.

It quickly racked up 49,000 retweets. Looks like someone in the CIA gets social media. I must say, I'm surprised. They don't exactly look like jokesters.

I can neither confirm or deny that the password on all their accounts is CIA123.
