Check Your Tickets! Over $1 Million In Winning Lotto Tickets Unclaimed
DETROIT (WWJ) - You may be sitting on thousands of dollars! So, you might want to open your wallet and check for any old lotto tickets.
There are hundreds of thousands of dollars in unclaimed lottery winnings are still out there, but set to expire this month.
That includes a $138,000 jackpot won by someone who bought their Fantasy 5 ticket at The Smoker's Depot in Southfield. A $250,000 unclaimed Mega Millions ticket was purchased in Flint.
Other prizes, totaling over $750,000 are scattered around the state.
