Authorities investigating death in Canton
(CBS DETROIT) - The Canton Police Department is investigating a death early Monday, officials said.
Just before 1 a.m. on Jan. 29, officers responded to the 39700 block of Koppernick Road to investigate a death. Police say the victim was identified as a 45-year-old man from Canton.
Authorities are currently searching for a white SUV and are asking businesses and residents to check their surveillance cameras between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. They are also seeking any motorists who may have witnessed anything unusual in the area during that time.
