Body Found Inside SUV On Detroit's West Side
DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are investigating after a body was found inside an SUV on the city's west side.
The discovery was made early Wednesday morning outside of a vacant home at the corner of Riverview Street and Fullerton Avenue, in a neighborhood just south of I-96 and Telegraph Road.
When WWJ's Mike Campbell arrived on the scene, a woman was outside of the SUV, crying and screaming. Officials say a body was found inside the vehicle with at least one gunshot wound. No other details were released.
Officers have been casing the neighborhood, looking for possible clues. No arrests have been made.
An investigation is ongoing.
