Rutgers might not be able to compete with the likes of Michigan, Ohio State and Michigan State in the Big Ten in most respects -- but it looks like they will have fun trying.
After a double session practice the players usually hit the cold tub after practice. There are many benefits from the cold tub but it's also very tough to jump a sweaty body into the freezing depths of an ice cold tub.
Rutgers has the right idea for this, though. They made their cold tub time into something they are calling the Club Ice Party. Judging from the video, it's like a full on rave missing only the alcohol. Would you want your team doing something like this after practice?
