AMBER ALERT: 3-Year-Old Keegan Elijah Waterman Missing Near Alpena
ALPENA (WWJ) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Keegan Elijah Waterman.
Waterman was last seen at 2660 East Grant St. in Alpena Township at around 11:30 p.m on Sunday. He is described as a 4-foot-3, 55-pound black male with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a diaper and sandals.
Waterman may be en route to Tennessee with his mother, Christina Marie Waterman, in a tan 2000 Chevy Tahoe with a Tennessee license plate of U4758V.
