94-Year-Old Man Killed In Rollover Accident On I-94 Near Jackson
JACKSON (WWJ) -- A 94-year old man was killed after the SUV he was the passenger of lost control along I-94 near Jackson on Saturday morning.
Witnesses said that the vehicle lost control and overturned several times around 11 a.m. before landing on a fence at the bottom of a snowy embankment. Three other people in the GMC Envoy were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The highway had been closed for several hours to allow police to investigate, it has since reopened. Police believe weather does not appear to have been a factor in the crash.
