4-Star DT Jordan Elliott Commits To Michigan Following 'The Game' [HIGHLIGHTS]

ANN ARBOR (CBS Detroit) -- A highly touted defensive high school football prospect made the decision to join the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday following the team's 42-13 loss to Ohio State.

Four-star recruit Jordan Elliott, a defensive lineman from Houston, Texas, announced his decision on Twitter after the game.

The 6-foot-4, 301-pound senior played at Westside High School in Houston. Elliott is ranked 47th overall in ESPN's 300 rankings, the 11th highest defensive tackle.

Elliott also received offers from Texas, Alabama, Notre Dame, Baylor, Oklahoma, Oregon, TCU, Auburn, Florida, Mississippi State, and USC -- to name a few.
