$2,500 Offered To Find Downriver Man Missing Since New Year's Eve
FLAT ROCK (WWJ) - Authorities are hoping the public can help locate a 35-year-old Flat Rock man who went missing on New Year's Eve.
Todd Martinez was last seen Dec. 31 at his home on Atwater Street, near the area of Telegraph Road and Huron River Drive in Flat Rock.
Police don't believe Martinez is the victim of foul play, but family members say he has psychological issues and may not be capable of making sound decisions.
Martinez is described as a Hispanic male, about 5'9" tall and 170 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.
Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information that leads to finding Martinez.
