Police: 17-Year-Old Boy Kidnapped By 4 People In Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are looking for a 17-year-old boy and his alleged kidnappers.

Jaylon Wilson was last seen outside of a home in the 7300 block of Westwood in Detroit at around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

That's when police say he was taken by three unknown black males in an older model silver Chevy Impala or Malibu driven by an unknown female.

Witnesses said he was struggling and screaming for help.

Police told WWJ's Vickie Thomas the teen was badly beaten before he was thrown into the trunk, struggling and screaming for help.

One of the males involved is said to have dreadlocks and the female had a bandanna on her head, but no further suspect descriptions were provided.

It's unclear if the teen knows his kidnappers or why he was taken, but police believe he is in danger.

Police said no further information is available at this time. As an investigation continues, they're looking for tips.

Anyone who has seen this missing teen, witnessed the incident, or who knows anything about the crime is asked to call Detroit police at 313-267-4600 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
