13-Year-Old Detroit Girl Disappears After Leaving For School [PHOTO]

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are looking for tips to find a 13-year-old girl who went missing on Wednesday.

Cherish Dashauna Rice was last seen by her grandfather at their home in the 5200-block of Devonshire, the morning of May 18. He told police she left for school at around 7 a.m. and never came returned.

Cherish is described as a black female, 4 feet, 7 inches tall and around 110 lbs. with a medium brown complexion and black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue shirt, khaki pants and brown boots.

Cherish is believed to be in good physical and mental condition, according to police.
