Man Killed In Attempted Robbery Of Coney Island In Detroit
DETROIT (WWJ) -- An attempted robbery turned into a deadly shooting outside a coney island on Detroit's east side on Monday.
Police say a man was shot several times outside Robert's Coney Island on Seven Mile Rd. near Schoenherr early Monday morning when he tried to drive away from the gunman.
A woman inside the car got out and ran into the restaurant. She was not hurt.
The suspect was dressed in all black. No arrests have been made.
