1 Killed, 1 Injured As Dice Game Goes Awry On Detroit's East Side; 6 Suspects Sought

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police detectives are searching for six suspects after one man was killed and another was injured when shots rang out during a dice game city's east side.

The incident unfolded around 10 p.m. Thursday at a home in the 9000 block of St. Cyril, in a neighborhood along Van Dyke north of I-94.

Police say two men, ages 35 and 31, were in the basement of the home playing a dice game when one of the suspects fired shots, striking both men.

One of the men died on the scene, while the other is hospitalized in critical condition.

At this point, no arrests have been made. Police are currently searching for six suspects, described only as armed black males.
