1 Injured As Train Collides With Car On Railroad Tracks In Ypsilanti
YPSILANTI (WWJ) - An Amtrak train collided with a car carrying a Milan woman and her daughter.
It happened near Cross Street and River Street in Ypsilanti.
The teenager was transported to the University of Michigan Hospital, where her condition is unknown.
Officials say the mother attempted to stop for the train, but part of the car was still on the tracks.
There were no injuries report on the Amtrak train.
