Woman Awakes In Her Boulder Residence To Strange Man Groping Her

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Boulder police are looking for a man who reportedly broke into a home and groped a sleeping woman.

The incident happened early Sunday morning inside a home on Marine Street near 17th. Police said a 21-year-old woman was sleeping on her couch and woke up to a burglar touching her.

"When she awoke she yelled at the male who fled from the residence," police said in a statement. "Police immediately set up a perimeter and began searching for the male, but he could not be located."

The victim said she or one of her roommates may have left the front door unlocked.

The suspect is described as an Indian man between 20 to 30 years old. He was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt with white stripes and khaki pants.
