Shooting In Westminster Prompts Brief Lockout For 4 Arvada Schools

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A shooting in Westminster briefly forced four schools in Arvada to be placed on lockout according to Jeffco Public Schools. Those lockouts have since been lifted.
The shooting happened near 72nd Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard at a Walmart parking lot.
Officers are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 7100 block of Sheridan Blvd. No street closures at this time.
