Victim Dies A Week After SUV Crash Into Optics Store

DENVER (CBS4) - One of the four victims injured in a violent Denver vehicular assault case has died.

In light of the death, which happened late Friday night, Denver's district attorney might consider revisiting the charges suspect Ryan Nuanez faces.

Police said on July 12 Nuanez, 24, crashed his SUV into Accent Optics on the 2800 block of South Colorado Boulevard. Authorities said Nuanez was driving on Colorado when he crossed the southbound lanes and struck the building.

The crash injured a man and three women inside. The person who died Friday was one of the women.
