Vail Pass Closed Due To Avalanche Work
EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Interstate 70 was closed Wednesday morning over Vail Pass.
Both the Colorado State Patrol and Department of Transportation tweeted about the closure, saying it was for avalanche reduction work.

The interstate over Vail Pass has reopened since the closure, but remains closed in both directions between Herman Gulch and the Eisenhower Tunnel.
