DENVER (CBS4)- The sale of The Breakers apartment complex has broken records in Colorado.
A Miami-based company and its partners bought the apartment complex on Mississippi Avenue.
The $350 million purchase price makes the sale the largest apartment deal in the state's history. It's among the highest price paid for apartments this year nationwide, second only to a sale in Manhattan.
The buyers said they plan to make improvements to the property.
