Teachers On Strike Agree To Deal With School District
PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - The Pueblo Education Association announced a deal with the Pueblo School District 60 following nearly a week-long teacher strike.
We are pleased to announce that our members have approved the offer agreed to by D60 and PEA leadership. Our members are excited and relieved to be able to return to their classrooms and resume serving their students.

The strike began after the district refused to give teachers a two percent cost-of-living increase for six months, a 2.5 percent increase next school year and a $50 monthly health insurance contribution.
