Sewer line break leads to closure of Colorado State Capitol

The Colorado State Capitol will be closed on Thursday due to sewer leak.

Denver city officials say a sewer line suffered a small crack in the sub-basement of the building. That caused sewage to spill out.

All events at the capitol on Thursday were canceled except for a scheduled retirement ceremony for a colonel in the Colorado National Guard in the afternoon.
