Semi Crashes Into Motorcycle On Monument Hill
MONUMENT, Colo. (CBS4)- State troopers investigated a deadly crash between a semi and a motorcycle on Monument Hill early Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported just before 6 a.m. on Interstate 25 on Monument Hill just south of the El Paso-Douglas County line.
State troopers said the motorcyclist and semi collided killing the motorcyclist. The driver of the semi was uninjured.
Troopers were on scene for more than three hours investigating the crash. Northbound lanes of I-25 were partially closed during the investigation. All lanes reopened just after 9 a.m.
