CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4)- A sample of the ballot that jurors in the Aurora theater shooting trial will fill out during deliberation has been released.

The sample ballot contains all the charges against James Holmes, which include more than 165 charges in the theater shooting on July 20, 2012 that left 12 dead and dozens more wounded.

Deliberations began Wednesday morning where nine women and three men will decide if Holmes was sane when he carried out the attack.
