Arrested: Richard Rizzuti Suspected Of Sexual Assault On A Child
PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) -- The Parker Police Department announced the arrest of a man suspected of sexual assault on a child and sexual exploitation of a child. Police said Richard Rizzuti, 49, turned himself in to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, after an arrest warrant was issued.
