'Porch Pirates' Beware: Neighbors Are Banding Together

DENVER (CBS4) - Millions of Americans went online in search of Cyber Monday deals.
It was expected to be the busiest online shopping day in history.
Internet retailers like Amazon offered steep discounts on a wide range of products. UPS estimates it will deliver more than 600 million packages through New Year's Day.
But as the deliveries arrive on doorsteps, thieves want to get their hands on them before they make it under the Christmas tree.
Neighbors are using the website Nextdoor.com to warn each other about "porch pirates." They can share surveillance video or ask neighbors to help keep an eye out for their packages.
