Pickup Driver Killed After Head-On Collision With Semi On Highway 287
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - A man is dead after a bad accident on Highway 287 north of Fort Collins on Sunday.
The Colorado State Patrol says the driver of a pickup truck swerved into oncoming traffic and slammed head on into a tractor-trailer. The pickup rolled and the driver was ejected. He died at the scene.
The condition of the semi driver wasn't released.
The stretch of highway had to be closed for the investigation.
No names have been released.
