New Sponsors Needed After USA Pro Challenge's Main Sponsor Drops Out

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- The USA Pro Challenge is looking for new sponsors after the cycling race's primary sponsor backed out.

The Schaden family announced last week they would step down as financial backers of the race after they suffered recent financial downfalls.

According to the Fort Collins Coloradan, race officials are hoping to attract a large pool of investors instead of just one to give the race long-term viability.

The race already has commitments from Lexus, Pepsi, Edward Jones Investments, UnitedHealthCare, Colorado State University and other groups.
