New 2-Tower Residential High Rise In Denver Will House 558 Apartments

DENVER (CBS4) - Another residential high rise will be changing the Denver skyline.

Mayor Michael Hancock on Monday helped break ground on Country Club Towers II. The two-tower development is on Bayaud Avenue near Downing Street. It will be 31 stories tall with 558 apartments.

"One thousand jobs will be created by this project here, further solidifying Denver's role as one of the economic leaders today in the nation for construction jobs," Hancock said.

The buildings should be finished by July of 2017.
