Aurora Start-Up MycoTechnology Raises Millions For Mushroom Products

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- A start-up in Aurora has raised nearly $40 million to make new products out of mushrooms. MycoTechnology has earned nearly $120 million in funding.
According to BusinessDen, the company make a mushroom-based sweetener that could go in things like coffee and a mushroom protein product the company claims tastes something like cereal.
