Murder Suspect Arrested After Christmas Night Shooting

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- The man police believe shot and killed another man on Christmas night has been arrested.

Police in Aurora arrested Phi Pham for suspicion of first-degree murder.

Investigators believe Pham, 33, responsible for shooting a man in the chest inside a home in the 20000 block of East Dartmouth Drive on Christmas night.

The victim has not been identified.

Neighbors were shaken up after the shooting while police searched for the suspect.

"Well, yeah, we've got banging on our door and the door bell ringing and it's the police and I hadn't heard anything and of course you couldn't go back to bed after that," said neighbor Betsy Brunsman.

Police believe there was an altercation inside the home that led to the deadly shooting. Investigators say Pham and the victim knew each other.
