DENVER (CBS4) - Millennials who are house hunting in Denver might struggle to find something for a while. A new Bloomberg report finds many homes are priced out of reach for typical buyers.
In Denver house hunters need to earn an average of more than $42,000 to afford the average priced home. The current median income for that age group is about $39,000.
Denver is one of 13 cities on the list of those in which millennials median income is below what's typically required to afford a home.
