More Nighttime Closures On I-25 Between Lincoln & County Line

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado Department of Transportation has announced more nighttime closures of Interstate 25 in Douglas County.

CDOT is adding one lane in each direction between County Line Road and Lincoln Avenue.

CDOT announced crews will be fully closing southbound lanes of I-25 between County Line Road and Lincoln Avenue on Monday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m., and then the northbound lanes on Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 a.m.

Nightly single lane closures from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. in both directions are currently in place and will be ongoing through September.

The $32 million project won't be finished until the end of 2016.
