Misconduct Investigation Underway In Lake County
LEADVILLE, Colo. (CBS4) - The District Attorney's office in Leadville is investigating a report of officer misconduct in Lake County last week.
The incident in question happened on Friday night in Leadville. Video taken by a civilian allegedly shows the abuse, and will be part of the investigation, along with reports of officers and interviews with witnesses.
According to a release, there were no serious injuries that resulted from the episode.
