Metal Structure Falls On 2 People At Cinco de Mayo Festival

DENVER (CBS4)- A metal structure fell on two people at the Cinco de Mayo festival in Civic Center Park on Saturday afternoon.

Denver Police tweeted out a picture of the metal structure that fell on the people.

The structure, measuring at least 20 feet high, held a banner. Police believe the wind caught on the banner and blew the structure over. It fell onto a crowd of dancers.

Two people were hurt, one man was knocked unconscious and was rushed to the hospital.
