Mark Redwine Files Counter Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife Amid Son's Death Investigation
LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The death of Dylan Redwine was ruled a homicide by the La Plata County Sheriff on Wednesday, and Dylan's father, Mark Redwine, is the only person of interest.
He's now filing a counter-suit against the boy's mother.
Elaine hall filed a wrongful death lawsuit in June, claiming Mark Redwine's negligence led to their son's death.
Mark filed a counter-suit Thursday morning. He accuses Elaine of leading a campaign to blame him for Dylan's death, and influencing law enforcement to treat him as a suspect.
