Mario Montoya-Rodriguez Arrested, Accused In Murder Of Wife

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Lakewood have arrested a man they believe killed is his wife. Mario Montoya-Rodriguez remains in custody at the Jefferson County Jail.
Officers found his wife, Jasmine Lazaro, dead inside her Lakewood condominium on Monday morning.
Montoya-Rodriguez, 37, is facing charges of murder, child abuse and violation of a protection order.
