Man Accused Of Arson, Painting 'My Wife Is A Cheater' On Home Pleads Guilty

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - A man charged with setting his estranged wife's house on fire in March pleaded guilty Monday morning on charges of arson, stalking and reckless endangerment.

Police say William Lindauer, 31, spray-painted "my wife is a cheater" on the home and then set it on fire.

Lindauer was sentenced to five years probation and four years in a county jail work release program.

Lindauer told police he was drunk when it happened and was angry about another man liking his wife's Facebook posts.
