Man Accused In Stabbing After Facebook Argument Pleads Not Guilty
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused of stabbing another man because of a Facebook post has pleaded not guilty to robbery, burglary and assault charges.
The Boulder Daily Camera reports David Dominguez, 30, is expected to go to trial next year. Police say Dominguez and a friend drove to Longmont and stabbed a man after an argument on Facebook.
The 25-year-old victim was stabbed four times but survived the attack. His name hasn't been released.
Dominguez remains in custody at Boulder County Jail.
Dominguez's friend, Mitchell Mailand, 29, pleaded guilty to felony menacing and assault charges in July. He's now on probation.
