A Gorgeous Day With Close To Record Highs

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) -

Another gorgeous day in Colorado, we made it into the low 70s on Monday in Denver! Plenty of sunshine statewide, with well above average temperatures.

We see a lovely week with sunshine and temperatures all week, but Monday will be the warmest day of the week. We'll stay in the 50s and 60s through Thursday before we start to see some changes.

By Thursday night into Friday we'll see some snow in the mountains as the next storm takes more of a southerly track. Moisture will remain limited for Denver and the Front Range but we may see a quick rain shower or a little but of snow Friday afternoon. It will also turn much cooler but nothing unusual for November with highs in the upper 40s on Friday.

We should then return to the 50s for the weekend including for the Broncos game Sunday afternoon. Hopefully the nice weather will help lead the Broncos to victory.
