Larimer County Deputy Steps Down After Excessive Force Accusation
LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A deputy in Larimer County has stepped down after accusations he used excessive force against an inmate.
Correctional Deputy Simon Suarez is facing misdemeanor charges. He was placed on administrative leave following the incident last month.
Saurez was a 5-year veteran of the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.
