Joe Cocker's Colorado Home Back On Market For $7 Million

CRAWFORD, Colo. (AP) - The Colorado home of the late Joe Cocker is on the market again.

The nearly 16,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion in the small town of Crawford was on the market fully furnished for $7.9 million last year, before the British singer's death.

Cocker and his wife, Pam, built the home, known as Mad Dog Ranch.

The mansion was taken off the market and then relisted at the end of February, again fully furnished, for $7 million. It has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms and sits on 243 acres.

The property includes an acre-sized swimming hole and two greenhouses where Cocker used to grow tomatoes. It's about a two-hour drive from the resort areas of Aspen and Telluride.
