Jaime Bautista-Sanchez Sentenced To 30 Years After Pleading Guilty In Deadly Crash
DENVER (CBS4)- A man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for second-degree murder. Jaime Bautista-Sanchez pleaded guilty to multiple charges for causing a deadly crash.
Bautista-Sanchez was traveling close to 100 mph when he drove through the intersection at Colfax Avenue and Osage Street in January 2019. He struck another vehicle and killed the driver, Ethan Small, 28.
Bautista-Sanchez had drugs in his system and a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit.
