Is It The Gloves? Manning Experiencing Early Success In AFC Championship Game

DENVER (AP/CBS4) - To make sure his hands stay nice and toasty on this sunny, 46-degree day, Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is wearing gloves for the AFC title game against New England.

Fellow QB Tom Brady is opting to go with a glove only on his left hand.

Those gloved hands of Mannings have thrown two touchdown passes with no interceptions so far in the first half.

Manning's stats so far are 8 completions of 15 attempts for 114 yards in the air.

Both touchdown passes were to tight end Owen Daniels.
