Missing Larimer County Boy Found Safely
LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Larimer County Sheriff's Office shared good news Saturday in their search for a boy who disappeared on Sept. 29. They say 12-year-old Hunter Denny was found and is safe.
The sheriff's office says a neighbor came home after being gone for a few days to find an "unauthorized person" inside. Deputies responded and found Hunter.
They say he was in relatively good health after spending several days alone outdoors.
The boy disappeared after leaving his home near Red Mountain Open Space in Livermore, close to the Wyoming border.
The sheriff's office thanked numerous groups and agencies that helped search for Hunter.
