Homicide Investigation Underway After Man Fatally Shot In Aurora

DENVER (CBS4) - A man shot early Thursday morning at an apartment complex in Aurora died from his injuries.
Police received calls shortly before 1 a.m. about shots fired at the Viridian at the Gardens on Havana apartment complex, near South Havana Street and East Mississippi Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they found an adult male in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Detectives are investigating the death as a homicide.
There is currently no suspect description.
