Glendale Entertainment District Featuring Movie Theater, Outdoor Venues Approved By City Council
GLENDALE, Colo. (CBS4)- The Glendale City Council approved the Glendale Entertainment District. The plan for the 10-acre site at Cherry and Virginia is to have a movie theater, indoor and outdoor venues, rooftop bars and a resort hotel.
It would be the only entertainment district with approved common consumption areas for alcohol service until 4 a.m.
The $150 million project is expected to break ground this fall and be complete in late 2023.
