RV Catches Fire On I-70, Causing Shutdown

EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) - An RV pulling a trailer with ATVs on it caught fire on Interstate 70 early Thursday afternoon, sending up a huge plume of black smoke.

The fire started at approximately 12:15 p.m. and forced emergency crews to shut down the westbound lanes of the interstate at the El Rancho exit near Evergreen. It was still closed an hour later.

So far there's no word on how the fire started or if anyone was hurt.
